I can’t get excited for New Super Mario Bros. games anymore because they take elements from the old games and reuse them, but unlike the old games barely add anything “new”. I know it will be a good game, but it should be a great game.
Exactly. It’s not bad, just tired and soulless. This one looks slightly better though, because the art and style looks beautiful. That Van Gogh Boo level really piqued my inturest.
Hey, Little Frashy! You forgot to cover the most important thing about the Wii U! You forgot to say if it’s water resistant or not. I can’t find the answer to my question anywhere (and I stared at almost every website to find out the answer)! Little Frashy, you remind me a lot of Udgey. You both have the same short-term memory problems, and the same hairdo too! Ah! Ha! Hah! *clap* *clap* *clap*
You missed the gameplay demonstration for ZombieU from the EU confrence, showed some stuff I hadn’t seen before. It also had a little bit of the zaney Iwata we saw at E3, otherwise the rest of the EU confrence was just a talking head of someone I dont recognise but I am not big on Nintendo.
Great show though! Looking forward to seeing what you saw the rest of the night. I missed this show.
Ya know what’s really wrong with spyro frash frash? it’s unbeatable without buying more toys and parts of the game that you already paid for are unplayable without them.
*OBJECTION!*
Sorry but I don’t like lies about video games my fellow otaku.
You can beat the game with the three included Skylanders and I wouldn’t call it a Spyro game as it’s nothing like any other Spyro game. The game is not even about Spyro, in the game he’s just one of the Skylanders. But they probably used his name in the subtitle to sell more copies (not that they needed it). There are eight groups of elements with I think 4-5 Skylanders in each, in the levels of the game you can find doors which are locked to elements. To open this door you need to use a Skylander of that element, behind these doors lays a treasure chest with a hat for the Skylander (with stat boosts and such). The three Skylanders you get with the game have different elements, meaning you can open all the doors in the game that are bound to those three elements. So the only thing you miss out on if you don’t buy any Skylanders are some of the hats for the Skylanders (TF2 much?). But I lied, there are also physical “levels” and items which you can buy, the physical levels are the size of a normal Skylander IRL but unlock an entire level ingame when you put them on the NFC “Portal”, the items are items that can be used once per level, like the health potion. So you’re missing out on some hats, helpful but not necessary items, 3-5 levels and every Skylander comes with a unique but small challenge map where you can unlock that Skylander’s special ability.
TL;DR
You’re wrong, you can get a lot out of the game without buying anything and Spyro does not have a big role in the game.
(Maybe I should write short comments like that next time…)
Wow, I nearly died during that Old Spice segment. Being from the UK, I hadn’t seen them and didn’t know what to expect. I was not prepared. :S
Struggled for breath, thank cod I have a touch screen, was able to just bat the screen and pause the video.
I wasn’t even awake when that was wrote…in fact I don’t even remember seeing those commercials on at the same time as writing that message….And I swore I wrote “welp, I’m tired, seeya”

I’m pretty sure they don’t love it. They just play on the show as a joke for the most part-unless they do actually like it now.
