The screen freezes for a long time during the first part. Just wanna let you know in case you haven’t noticed.

Seeing the cookie break makes me wish we had those treat-transferring TVs they had in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, only with computer monitors. Screw hover technology, get on that scientists. I want a cookie!

The first episode freezes at around 14:20 – 24:00. Audio works but the screen is frozen to a single frame.

Yeah, the episode does freeze for a while (with the audio working). This one was the first one I had been able to see live since E3 ^__^ Looks like I’m going to finally have to watch Twin Peaks!

Is it just me or the video friezes in episode 1 and 4 for a few minutes? The sound is still running thought.

there’s also a glitch around 5:35 in part 2

I haven’t played Deadly Preminition, but I think I’ll check it out.

I remember while watching this live there were parts where the video feed just cut out for me. I wonder if that’s the reason it is being glitchy.

Gameplay is not good but everything else is amazing. Still Giant bomb’s Endurance run is still the best, but VGA will be good too.
Shinmaru said on October 1, 2012
Haha, this will be the third playthrough of Deadly Premonition I’ve watched this year, along with both of Giant Bomb’s endurance runs.

At the beginning that look that Becky gives when Fraser says he has no underwear on. Oh me oh my lol.
The chess puzzle is kind of funny. When i played it i figured the puzzle would be dirt simple since the game is (not ragging on the game I love this game) pretty simple. So i went with the obvious answer and just put them in the order they appeared in the sentence. Just goes to show they wanted you to really over think it.

Finds machine gun at crime scene.
Keeps for personal use.

Given this will be the 3rd play through I’ll have watched of this game, (3.1 if I count another one where the player stopped after having breakfast with Polly) it feels like I know this game intimately even without playing a single moment of it.

No way man. It’s one of those ones you get from the joke shop. The ones where when you blow out, smoke/powder stuff comes out of it.

I’m only ten minutes into this and so far we’ve seen the Black Lodge and now we’re being introduced to the protagonist, agent York (Cooper) as he’s driving into a small town to investigate the most recent in a series of murders of young women. In the car he’s on the phone to a person we can’t see or hear, Zach (Diane). He just mentioned that in his last case a person had razors under her fingernails (Typed letters under victims’ nails).
Hmm… I’m a bit dubious of the creator’s claim that this game isn’t based on Twin Peaks.
verrostet said on October 10, 2012
Whoops, my bad, he’s not talking on the phone to Zach. And neither does Cooper to Diane. Doi!
The game looks interesting so far. On to episode 2.
I’m really hoping they intro one of these episodes with Ben playing that whistlin’ tune or the main theme on his guitar.

Sugar Donuts… I am with Fraser, I was just about to go getting food for the weekend, and at the closeup of the donut, I decided I would get a sugar berliner at the baker. Just like donut, but without the hole, so there’s more on it.
