I like how Fraser had the same face in the past three cover images.

And Turbo chat said they would never spoil. Tsk tsk tsk…..(I’m joking)
Hylian17 said on October 10, 2012
dem spoilers man… they’re everywhere…. even in turbo chat.
nightshade said on October 10, 2012
Let’s be honest here. Spoilers will slip in as long as a live chat exists. Making it a Turbo chat only mitigated the Spoiler flux rate at best. The bad trolling however is now gone.
agenttrap said on October 11, 2012
If turbo chat cant even handle false snarfs what makes you think they can handle spoilers. It may sound brutal but somebody needs to kick these admins to do better.

I remembered playing ACII for the first, after having played the first AC game, which I actually liked, but found repetitive, concerning the pickpocketing/eavesdropping/etc. Then I started playing this game and it did (almost) everything right, what ACI did wrong. And I get the feeling that the gang, and especially Frash Frash, is experiencing now!

YES! Never got to finish this stream since I had to get some sleep and it was 1AM so I chose sleep over VGA…don’t know why but I did. Also Turbo Chat is scaring me, it will be a shame if something ended up happening and we had to get another chat, for example, mod only chat. Would be sad but might have to be done if the chat keep spoiling (I know it was a small one but still, it all starts somewhere) or keep false snarfing. Its fine if chatty chat is derpy but when they effect the show in a non-funny way, like false snarfing, it just gets a bit hard to watch, for me at least, maybe everyone else is fine and I’m the only one who feels this way, and no I don’t hate turbo chat, I was one, I just feel like they may need to get a bit more…”Professional”? Nah not that but they do need to think before they chat, and remember when they are on breaks, they can and do still see you. Anyways, just wanted to put my input on this. Thanks for the great content VGA!

Spoilers are a problem, but the amount of bullshit in the chat has decreased hugely since it became turbo only, for obvious reasons. We will never be completley ridd of spoilers, but it’s just something that we have to work on to make sure that we have as few spoilers as posible.
shadowluigi said on October 10, 2012
Oh trust me, I know the chat is MUCH better since the turbo only chat, and i know spoilers wont be forever gone, the chat wont be perfect, but it has been better and i feel like, for the sake of the show, the chat might want to be more careful
Vinchon said on October 11, 2012
I don’t think there needs to be another chat, but I do think that there needs to be some sort of punishments for false snarfing, or just snarfing without actually attaching anything useful next to it. Because from some of the shows lately I’ve been seeing so many false snarfs.

Fraser, when you have time, you can view a 30-minute short movie about Ezio’s dad being the Assassin, leading up to the events of the game. It’s called Assassin’s Creed: Lineage. You can watch it on YouTube. It also uses most of the voice actors who were mocapped fro their characters in game, as their counterparts in the movie (which is live action). Giovanni, The Spaniard and Medici all look very much as they do in game.
It also explains how the hidden blade got broken, it was never brought up in game.

Glad they’re really liking AC2. In fact their reaction to the improvements was the same way I reacted when I first started AC2.

Those Glyph puzzles get really hard later. I remember looking up the answers to the last three or so. I remember putting so much time into this game. I got everything except all the feathers. I almost did, but I got bored of it by then. Thinking back though, I beat this game before the DLC came out, so I never played that. I may have to play it again. I think I stopped like JUST before the first DLC was released.
This is definitely one of the best ACs so far, arguably THE best. I’m quite partial to Revelations myself, though. That said, Rev is significantly shorter than Brotherhood, which was even shorter than even AC1, I believe. I THINK AC2 is the longest so far, at least I remember it that way, but I’m a simi-completionist (flags are where I draw the line). Each AC also adds more and more weapons and gadgets, so by Rev, Ezio is a fucking one-man arsenal.
I hope you guys DO play Brotherhood and Revelations. They BOTH are important to the overall story, despite what anyone tells you.
On a side note; chat spoiling? You make me ashamed to be a Turbo.
Shinmaru said on October 10, 2012
I hope Fraser takes the time to do all the glyphs. The puzzles are OK, but the crazy alternate history stuff is worth going through. Some of it is interesting, and a lot of it is crazy and hilarious. Don’t want to spoil any of the nuttier ones here, but yep, totally worth seeking out.

Chat Street is getting out of hand this episode. Seems like 80% of the posts have a snarf attached to them. “SNARF maybe try the X button?”, “SNARF do more side missions” and worst of all “SNARF that character is about to say something funny”. How could you think that’s a helpful comment? It doesn’t make any sense why you would tell them that.
VoxTheHero said on October 11, 2012
People have lost the original intent of the DERP/SNARF system. It’s sad, I know.
