When they are talking about the whole testing BS its a lot harder then throwing people at it. See the reasons that some glitches slip thru the cracks is they never see them. Also to change glitches is like changing a house of cards you could mess up 10 things by fixing one thing. Also the sheer number of people playing the game if its a big release is a lot more then have ever played the game at onces. So with that big of a player group the possibilities of new things happing is greater because of that player base. Also the thing games really need is a great producer and management. Because sometimes if the creative team has to try and do management they maybe good at making games but sucks at management. On this note the management also has to see the needs of the creatives and if things are working as they should. The game creators may not notice management since they are doing their job well. Its is because when a problem arises that is when management may have miss managed them and have to correct without overcorrecting. There are unforeseen issues that come from a lot of moving parts. If a manager is good they will keep the team up to date and tell what everyone what they should be working on. Because they could wasted man hours on a job that has been scrapped rather then a task that needs to get done.

I say it’d take about 3 episodes WITHOUT the DLC…but they have quite a lot of DLC to get through.

watching this just now
I realised the ardat-yakshi are pretty much treated like the mages in Dragon Age
