Does anyone know if they’ll be doing anymore Animal Crossing? I’d really like to see more, possibly as a kind of aftershow/encore for more story based games. SO,
1. Did the gang say anything about doing more episodes?
2. How do you guys feel about Animal Crossing and it’s compatibility with the show?

I only came an hour into the show to find Fraser seeming fairly disappointed with how it was going, maybe I was just misreading him but I do remember him declaring it to be boring at one point. I thought Fraser, Ben and Becky were fun as always and I’ll watch them play pretty much anything but I wasn’t invested in the game at all, maybe that’s cos I was late though.

I was interested in the game at first, but it soon became rather boring with all those walls of text and nothing really to do aside from fuck around with things. Fraser seemed to get quite bored with it towards the end, too.

PLEASE. That would be amazing. I’m really excited for him talking about having users make t-shirts. I would totally buy one. I want to buy an Invisible Shirt, but they don’t have any in my size. Hopefully they’ll either get new shirts or restock their old ones. I really would like Team Derp and Team Snarf shirts.

Honestly I don’t see much of a reason for him to visit it again on the show. Is there really anything thrilling or exciting that he didn’t do the first time around? Aside from the few parts where he was being obscene, the entire episode was fairly blasé. I don’t think simulation games make for good viewing.

I just got finished watching the episode, and yeah as I expected Animal Crossing does not good VGA make. The problem is that apart from the obvious jokes about Tom Nook and Resetti, there’s just not much to talk about. Animal Crossing is the definition of a time sink game, there’s basically nothing to it, its just there for you to waste time. These games are always fun to play, but dont make very entertaining videos. Apart from Frasers top notch voice acting as always the episode was very dull IMO and I dont think they should return.

I’d love to see Becky solo it if Fraser doesn’t want to continue. This is the type of game she’d really like.

There’s not a lot more they could show off. What we saw was pretty much the game. Life sims are not great viewing unless there’s something interesting to show off. I could maybe see it coming back as a couples co-op with Becky playing if Ben’s off sick again but that’s it.

A new one for the WiiU that lets you set up an online town where people can just log in and out like minecraft rather than having to visit each others would be pretty cool. We could have a turbo town that’s just always there, but i doubt they’ll do that.

If you think about it, there’s not much point in doing something like that when they already have Minecraft where you can build pretty much anything

I personally don’t mind Animal Crossing but it is really quite boring. It’s good that they gave it a shot because it could’ve potentially been a good one that could be revisited regularly but any humour or enjoyment seemed kinda forced to me. Still enjoyed the episode because of the guys but I think staying away from games like this is probably a wise move.

I like Animal Crossing but he already did what might be fun for the show. The only thing I can think of is to gather a bunch of people in one town and mess around.

Animal Crossing if one of those ‘play by yourself’ games. It’s great for wasting days away during summer vacation, but not good show material since most of the game is a collecti-thon.
