Are the Blistered Thumbs episodes broken for anyone else?

Most of the episodes from around late July to October don’t work properly on Blistered Thumbs. For most of them, HD makes them out of sync, their playlist links are broken, and sometimes the videos will be out of order, sometimes even replacing a few parts. This isn’t really that big of a problem and I definitely don’t want to sound like I’m complaining, but it is kind of a shame as some of those episodes, like the Deus Ex one and God of War, were very good.

For the broken playlist links you need to add old. in front of them like:

http://old.videogamesawesome.com/web/Video_Games_AWESOME!/You_Dont_Know_Jack_Grudge_Match!.html

 

I’ve been having issues with HD making stuff out of sync too, but I don’t know about any fixes. :\

For the old playlists you can just add the prefix old. (that’s  o l d .  ) and you should be able to see it. As far as being out of sync and out of order , there’s really not much to do about it. It’s just how it is now.

About the sync issues, did they start recently? Because then the last few Flash updates (which have been crap) could be to blame.

The sync issues have existed for a while. I remember trying to watch some old episodes in HD and the timing would be off. This was even as far back as last year.

I remember trying to watch an Amnesia video a while back and there was some bad de-sync when I watched it in HD too. It sucked because it was the best part of the playthrough when everyone shat their pants. :X
