So as you know, Steam released Greenlight which let’s you decide on what you want on steam. I decide to make a list of some of the best.

It would be cool if we could help Euro Truck Simulator 2 get on Steam.
I want to see Fraser play it!September 1, 2012 at 7:55 am #50712
I’ll do a buddy a favor and link his game as well. Go have a look.September 1, 2012 at 8:19 am #50713
It’s certainly a good idea in theory, unfortunately there seems to be a lot of…so as not to sound too mean I’ll just say unpolished games. Especially when I see these pre-alpha entries. It’s hard to upvote something based on what it theoretically could be. Or you just have assholes submitting a single MS Paint picture and claiming it’s a ‘game’.
Anyway two that I thought looked interesting so far (which is technically 3 but DLC Quest was already mentioned)
EDIT: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=93136677 Looks like it could be good with some fine tuning.September 1, 2012 at 11:47 am #50726
Neotokyo is a HL2 FPS mod with one of the greatest OST. It’s also Gabe Newell approved!September 1, 2012 at 12:24 pm #50729
So many retro 8bit/16bit RPGs on Greenlight! <3
And am I the only one that can’t downvote those games that looks so bad? I would feel too bad for the creator…
EDIT: Oh and vote for Project Zomboid! It’s a Zombie survival games that I owned the Alpha (They went the Minecraft way, buy the alpha get the full game.) for like a year and when it’s finally done it will be a solid game with Multiplayer

its become xbla all over again… minecraft clones, zombie games, and platformers that arent finished… yay…. but amongst it all a few good ones..September 1, 2012 at 1:01 pm #50735
I certainly have no problem downvoting games that rely far too much on retro nostalgia. Honestly I’ll downvote anything I wouldn’t want to play. Maybe that’s unfair but…if I’m giving my opinion of what i want to see on steam, I want to see games I would play.September 1, 2012 at 1:27 pm #50743
@slykat I know what you mean. I hope those types of games aren’t put on the list -_-September 1, 2012 at 3:38 pm #50765
And also people who doesn’t seem to realize this isn’t a wishlist where you can just put up a game you have no rights to. I think I’ve seen League of Legends at least twice now. *facepalm*
EDIT: I tell ya what Steam really needs. More Japanese dating sims. Eeeyup.

I Actually wouldn’t mind seeing some well made dating sims. It would actually be unique compared to the tons of shooters and zombie games that are currently taking up most of the Greenlight space. Earlier i saw about 10 different “Simulator” games, it was awkward.
And for the love of god, why is Mutant Mudds on there? Having it on Steam pretty much makes the 3DS version worthless.September 2, 2012 at 2:42 am #50822
@destroyox thats most of the list already including i wanna be the guy knock offs.. no jokeSeptember 2, 2012 at 2:44 am #50823September 2, 2012 at 6:17 am #50830
I guess you make a good point. It really is just the overall shitty quality of every single one I’ve seen so far.
Also, I didn’t upvote this; but it made me think of Becky: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=93484181&searchtext=September 2, 2012 at 7:12 am #50833
Mutant Mudds is already on the PC in other places, I’ve seen it in the Greenlight bundle and on GOG. So if its value of being on the 3DS is going to be effected it already kind of has.
Anyway, I’m going back to finding some diamonds in the ruff.
Some of my finds so far, that haven’t been recommended already, I think.
