Cant come into the server?

    So, when i today decided to log in to minecraft and go on the server for once, i get the message:

    “internal exception: java.net.socketException: Connection Reset”

    Every other server functions like normal, so im just sitting here stumped.

     

    Any tips so i can come in again?

     

    (No, im not banned, yes, i have accsess (or, atleast i used to))

    Did you update to 1.3? If so, 1.3 is not yet supported on the server so you will either need to downgrade to 1.2.5 or wait for the server to update to 1.3 ( which can take a while. The mods we have currently don’t support 1.3). If you want to downgrade you will need to find a 1.2.5 jar file and replace the current file you have in your. minecraft folder. In the future you may want to back up your updates just to save time. To find your. minecraft folder you will need to navigate to the appdata (which will be a hidden file) on windows, then I believe the file labled roaming. From there head to your minecraft folder then data and I believe that should be where the minecraft jar file is located. Hope this helped at all

    It is 1.2.5…

     

    No mods, fresh DL (or, as fresh as can be), all AV is letting it through.

    Anything else i can do?

    Hmm. It may be a java error. I get that message from time to time myself for that reason. Have you tried restarting java / your computer?

    I have the same problem, have been locked out for over a week. No idea how to get into the minecraft folder since the installation is all in the single package I download.

    If you haven’t already it may be worth updating to Java 7, this has fixed issues for a few members.
