Just wondering – did anyone else notice the raffle ticket paper-clipped to the recipe? Wondering if that has to do with anything. Can just see the very top of some characters on it, though I don’t have anything that will zoom in without blurring the image to see if it is anything.

G. Mann
G-ManBoth older Caucasian men who wear suits…
Coincidence or influence?
August 12, 2012 at 11:19 am #47437With Redmond and blutarch dead, does that mean that TF2′s story is coming to an end?
August 12, 2012 at 11:38 am #47442The Administrator is the one who STILL runs the show, Redmond and Blutarch are just figureheads who can barely run their own companies due to their incompetence, and long standing rivalry. I highly doubt that with a game like this that’s lasted for this long and has so much love put into it, that it’ll just end the story. If anything, consider this a new chapter with new and interesting characters that will eventually lead to new weapons, hats, misc, gameplay modes, and maps!
August 12, 2012 at 11:50 am #47443Another observation that may be nothing:
The note lists 8 items and uses “One” and “A” or “An” almost deliberately when either alone would suffice throughout. The first letters on the note are O O O A O A O A . So it’s either 00010101 OR 11101010, which are 15 and EA in hexadecimal, respectively. Throw in the seemingly arbitrary 37 from the Level 37 item, and we have
0001 0101 0011 0111 (1537) OR 1110 1010 0011 0111 (EA37)
Changing the numbers to alphabet is the same for either: AECG or EACG

August 13, 2012 at 2:19 am #47525So… Gray wants to take over… Does that mean the next comic will be Gray VS The Administrator?
This will be BIG!
August 13, 2012 at 2:04 pm #47616I’m thinking the grayman is related to the spy. If that’s true, that means one thing “he was never really on your side” :)
August 13, 2012 at 6:23 pm #47664August 14, 2012 at 3:38 am #47745August 14, 2012 at 11:16 am #47801Well, here’s a few things we can infer storywise:
1. With Redmond and Blutarch dead, Helen no longer has a pair of fools to manipulate.
2. The Balance of power between Red & Blu (and hence the whole world) is forever gone.
3. Gray represents the only real threat to Mann Co. & TF industries.
4. Gray’s Life extender may be the 3rd machine Radigan made. However, it’s much more sophisticated. Perhaps Gray modified the design using his own genius.
My guess is Helen will be forced to come up with a new plan to deal with Gray, considering he’d be the one person competent enough to challenge here. Even though she hasn’t been featured directly in this storyline, she will have to confront him sooner or later. There’s also quite a few loose ends from the past that need tying up, such as what Gray’s been doing all this time, and what happened to Radigan’s Australium.
