I saw the first episode when it was released on Screwattack.
May 13, 2012 at 12:37 am #30157I first saw AVG way back when the episodes were being posted on Newgrounds, though I didn’t really watch it. It wasn’t till much later that I started to really get into the show.
May 26, 2012 at 4:52 pm #33254The first video I saw was Red Dead Zombies. I couldn’t stop watching after that. ^_^
May 28, 2012 at 1:52 pm #33539I came across there underwater minecraft build and thought “Yay, funny!” and from a quick ‘new tab’ on there channel i discovered a whole new world in which i belonged….the end.

i found AVG when it premiered on newgrounds.com and i saw the show loved it and been following everything they do since then.Same here.
June 3, 2012 at 9:01 am #34820I found out about AVG via VGA which I found via TGWTG which I found via Angry Video Game Nerd crossover with the Nostalica Critic.
June 14, 2012 at 3:02 pm #37346I found AVG while browsing ScrewAttack.com way back in the day. I went there for the Angry Nintendo Nerd, and Sidescrollers back when Handsome Tom was a part of things. AVG had just put out their Duck Hunt episode, and I was hooked.
June 15, 2012 at 10:20 am #37487I bummed into them when I was checking out that one game (bit pong IDK) I didn’t end up buying the game but I found something even more special VGA. I actuly lost intrest in them for a wile but then I saw there minecon video and I saw ben was back. I jumped right back in.
June 19, 2012 at 2:26 am #38173My brother and I were introduced to AVG a few years ago by my cousin. I remember thinking that it was good, but when I tried to find it on my own a few weeks later, I couldn’t. I eventually found it with the help of my brother.
I then went on to find out about VGA just around the time of the last non-live episodes, and I thought that it was brilliant, so I went back and finally watched all of the AVG episodes.
I also just wanted to mention how interesting it is to read the other stories here about people coming across AVG, as I never really knew about the history of AVG on Newgrounds and TGWTG.
June 22, 2012 at 12:15 am #38735Remember seeing the show on Screwattack years ago and was like “Are these guys for real?” After that I really didn’t think of them again till I saw them pop up on YouTube and was like: “Ah I get it!” and summarily watched the backlog of episodes I had missed.
June 30, 2012 at 5:55 pm #40295I remember looking through random videos of video games when video caught my eyes. It was an episode of AVG (I don’t remember which one) and I remember being quite please after watching it. I looked more episodes of the show and came a fan instantly.
August 20, 2012 at 2:36 pm #48889About 3 or 4 years ago when I was a little ShabamOwam I came across it accidently. I guess I was drawn to dad’s fancy mustache and old NES games because here I am today so many years later :D
August 23, 2012 at 9:06 pm #49451found through vga, and i found that through looking for some footage of a game if i remember correctly.
September 8, 2012 at 3:02 pm #51808Well, VGA of course. But I found VGA through Starmen.net’s Earthbound Fanfest some years back.
September 9, 2012 at 11:42 am #52030I found AVG back in 2006, right after they had released the Double Dragon episode. I found them through screwattack if I remember correctly. Then again, I could have also just found them through youtube.
