How long have you been on the server

Say when you first joined and how you remember it being different
I joined back in beta 1.3 when the server was still pretty new, everyone had limited teleport commands and lag fires would destroy your diamond picks (speaking from experience)

I joined on the first day of the server where Spawn City was relatively tiny and Fraser would make himself Diamond thrones so he could watch people bow to him.

I joined some time during Frasia, where it was still beta 1.3, when the server always had more than 30 people online and we still had limited teleporting commands back then too as major said.

I joined last September, mostly I remember traveling between the temp world and the main one, before the new world was started. I think I remember passive mobs re-spawning on their own as well at one point. And slumber parties!

I first joined A little bit after the live stream of the Giant build, it was 1.5 beta and I remember charbb needed a break from Minecraft after a that one.

I joined around may last year, right after Fraser announced the server on Blistered Thumbs. I got lost immediately on the first day and ended up somewhere between spawn and Sky Isles for most of the original map’s life.

Sometime soon after FUUUTUURE started, i remember working on Portal build and the Satelite of Love.

I joined in February. Not much else to say about that except, as some on the server know, I’ve spent most of that time in my own community and only went to the hub for the first time during the sky build. Basically did that because dawnhawk contacted me about seeing his build and leading him to mine.

After that I made something like a dozen trips… To donate supplies and ultimately to build.

Somewhere between Giant and Future. The only cool things I made on the old map were grinders. I made a lot of those.

I purchased Minecraft in April and joined the server. I didn’t know how portals worked so I picked out a plot of land on the server map and walked all the way there from Spawn City, not knowing I could have warped to the Hub and got to the spot in about ten minutes. Instead it took me a couple of hours, but I enjoyed the adventure and was able to pass through real awesome communities and even the Christmas Build.

March 31, 2011. I logged in, Minecraft crashed, relogged in then proceeded to explore and get away from laggy spawn city as soon as possible.
