Need Help for Aquaman Olympic Video (Details Inside)

First I’ll make it clear what I need help with and what I plan to do myself. Also, I might want the recording to take place tomorrow. Or tonight depending on who’s available to help.

Considering my computer can only record Minecraft a little poorly. I am looking for someone who can record good reliable footage and send me the video files. (Whether or not I’ll need an editor is unknown as I would like to try to put the footage together myself and add the voices.)

Speaking of voices, I plan to do every voice in the video. (given that my tooth pulling hasn’t messed me up too much.) This includes the voices of Silent and Segwo as I will mention below.

I do need some people to be actors. The actors don’t have too much to do other than wear a skin and follow some simple instructions.

The video itself: For the Olympics, the communities are making videos to represent the place they live in. As another Aquaman joke. We wanted to make a video not really representing my home or community, but representing Aquaman in his everyday life. The video itself is called “A Day in the Life of Curry”.

This is the script in planning:

Narrator: We now bring you
“A Day in the Life Of Curry”

(Screen shows introduction image.)

Narrator: Arthur Curry, man of a million talents. Starts his day with a thorough selection through his wardrobe to find the
perfect outfit for his day.

(Footage of Aquaman walking in and out of a closet, changing from skin to skin.)

Narrator: Once he is ready, Arthur heads out to one of many part-time jobs.
Including-

Dance Coordinator

(Aquaman instructing Aqualad on synchronized swimming)

Aquaman: And 1,2,3. 1,2,3. 1,2,3. Down and twirl!

Narrator: Home Decorator

(Aquaman in a couples house. He replaces a painting of Fraser with a painting of Deacon.)

Aquaman: “Voila! Home sweeter ho-”

(The couple starts to punch Aquaman around in disagreement.)

Narrator: And Wedding Videographer!

(Recycled and reduced quality footage from the Merme/Segwo wedding.)

SilentWindODoom: “Repeat after me. ‘I segwo’.”

Segwo” “Im Seg-”

(Camera runs out of battery.)

Narrator: But when Arthur is done with remedial tasks. Its time to embark on
“The Heroic Adventures of Aquaman.”

(Another title screen)

Narrator: Aquaman’s heroic feats are many. Inlcuding-

(NEED AN UNDERWATER THING)
*Will show barely visable underwater footage of the whatever thing is decided.

Narrator: Defeating the legendary Three Headed Sea Cow

(Barely visable footage underwater of Aquaman swimming towards something.)
*Might build crappy monster in the background to reperesnt Three-Headed Sea Cow.*

Aquaman: “Not today you beastly bovine! Eeeyah!”

Narrator: And rescuing damsels in distress!

(Footage of a girl struggling to swim in the middle of the sea. Aquaman gets to her in a boat, still keeping
some distance, and throws out a fishing line at her.)

Aquaman: “Hold the line! . . . HOLD THE LIIIINE!”

(Girl sinks to the bottom as the fishing line hits her.)

Aquaman: “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

Narrator: You’ve been watching “A Day in the Life of Curry”
Next time we take a look at the life of Ant Man!

(Footage of the ground.)

Narrator: WOW! Look at him go!

As a suggestion for the heroic deed, how about you try splicing in a shot of herp derp drowning? I know its a bit more complicated but I think it’d be funny if you could pull it off. If not, maybe you could do something where aquaman fails to save marine wildlife by sleeping while a bunch of squids get killed.

I’ll see about my capture software and see if I can get it working. Hopefully it records in HD.

ok so I tried it real quick, and it won’t tell me the exact resolution, but even at “best” quality its a little blurry, so I’m going to assume its 480p. Sorry, if it’s quality you’re looking for I’m not your guy.

Alright. I got my little script done.

I might go ahead and film it myself and just hope the footage doesn’t crap out.
Shouldn’t take too long to record anyways.

All I need to gather tonight or later is a few people to be the actors. Which should be a max of 3 people.

So tonight I’ll just look around for people to help out. I’ll have some skins that I’ll give them and see how it goes.
