    Normally don’t listen to music at the computer. This week I bought Northern Shore, the new Skydiggers album. Man, the live version of Northern Shore is so much different from the album version. It definitely suits a live performance better. They’re coming to the Island near the end of June, it’s going to be awesome seeing them live.

    Probably the most talented songwriter to come out of Britain in this generation. Seeing him live a couple of years back was awesome. So many good tracks that are very honest. Pick up one of his records, he deserves your time.

    I’ve almost exclusively been listening to Chris Cornell these last few weeks to get myself ready to see him live on Wednesday. Stuff like Outshined, Seasons, Black Hole Sun, HungerStrike(that version of Hungerstrike isn’t the best, but the emotion and atmosphere is something else) etc. I seriously cannot wait for this gig.

    Hardly ever listen to these guys because most folk I talk to about them only do Smoke on the Water which I’m not a fan of. I really like the guitar/organ trade offs they do. Highway Star and Burn are also crackin’ songs but I’ve had this stuck in my head all day.
