I would like to see them try the London 2012 Olympics game because unlike the Mario & Sonic version, we could actually see the “real” games that Fraser wanted in Mario & Sonic. Also, with the medal count feature, they could have a great competition going. Besides, some of those games look like they’d produce some epic Frage for everyone to see.
August 20, 2012 at 4:53 pm #48908The Olympics are over though. It’s no longer relevant. Plus…realistic sports games don’t really work well on the show.
August 20, 2012 at 5:14 pm #48911I agree with the fact that since the Olympics are no longer going on that it would seem irrelevant to play the game, but the point of seeing it played is to create an enjoyable atmosphere for both those playing and those watching. Even though sports games really “don’t work” this is a type of “party game” where competing to win mini games (in this case events) is the main point. There is no board or sticker-sheet as seen in Nintendo games like Mario Party and Mario & Sonic at the Olympics (both of which were featured on the show), it’s just plain competition. I hope that clarifies why I suggested it.
August 21, 2012 at 1:53 pm #49040Part of me wants to see them do a playthrough of Halo co-op just because Fraser always mentions how he liked it whenever Halo stuff shows up in Show and Trailers, but since I know they’re trying to leave behind Long Hauls, I know it probably will never happen.
August 21, 2012 at 2:04 pm #49043But the fun of them doing games is seeing their reactions, and they said they have already done co-op of Reach and 3, so it would be a pretty boring show, IMO
August 21, 2012 at 2:24 pm #49046When did Fraser ever say he was leaving behind long hauls? I don’t remember that. I remember him saying they were taking it slow because it’s Summer and Pax Prime is coming up.

Seriously This game was made for this show! Here is the trailer for those that have not heard of it. An also This will be coming to the US. I really Hope they pick up this game! http://youtu.be/m9V4OEhHr4Q?t=29sAugust 21, 2012 at 5:19 pm #49090Whoops. I meant to say that they said that, during the whole PAX/Halloween/November season of a crapton of new stuff, they were going to do less Long Hauls and by the time they get back to the gaming lull, they’ll have a ton of other things to do, but it kind of came out wrong. As for it being boring… it’s VGA. It’ll always be fun to watch. Besides, based on past experience, Fraser has probably completely forgotten everything about Halo anyways, so it would be like he’s playing it for the first time.
August 23, 2012 at 1:44 pm #49365After the shitstorm of new released they should definitely try Dragon Age, made by Bioware and IMO better than the Mass Effect series.

August 23, 2012 at 2:09 pm #49375@Kitty-Apocalypse That has been confirmed multiple times but the question is…when will they finally get around to doing it?
August 23, 2012 at 2:09 pm #49376Maybe chrono trigger, or maybe a god game like The Sims or Civ 5

Kitty-Apocalypse.
August 23, 2012 at 8:53 pm #49450Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. I think it’d be perfect for the show.
August 24, 2012 at 6:46 am #49484Retro/Grade would be great for the next Downloadable Day. It’s a rhythm-based indie game on PSN with a great sense of humor. It’s free for PS+ members right now.
August 24, 2012 at 5:52 pm #49586Yeah, was just about to suggest that. It would be perfect for the show.
