January 9, 2012 at 7:36 am #7205Oh I think I’ll definitely drop by sometime this week.
January 9, 2012 at 7:58 am #7206What kind of boats did you have in mind for the port? Pirate kind of boats? Battleships? If I actually had time I wouldn’t mind trying to make an aquarium building there like this one http://www.volunteer-wauhatchie1812.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/aquairumriverfront.jpg
but I don’t know if I will ever have enough time

I am thinking more like fishing boats, maybe a cruise ship, some cargo ships. maybe a yacht. I need to get the docks and stuff done to know where to put the boats though. Also the aquarium is a great idea. I am thinking a lighthouse at the point of the island by my house.
If this sounds interesting to anyone and wants to help, pm me or look for me on the server.
January 11, 2012 at 11:06 am #7403i’ll swing by this weekend some time. i am looking for a community to join
January 11, 2012 at 6:21 pm #7460I have been working on the planning for the aquarium and ran into a good many snags when trying to keep the design the same as the aquarium I posted. I want to keep that theme because I enjoyed going to it in the past. Here is what I have come up with so far.

January 12, 2012 at 3:35 am #7504I thought about red bricks but I don’t know if I will be able to gather enough to make the building but sandstone was definitely the other option I was going to go with.
January 12, 2012 at 5:15 am #7505I will start getting some clay. Red wool is another option. Let me know and I will try and help you get materials.
January 12, 2012 at 5:21 am #7506I have just been calculating the amount of materials I need and it looks like….2625 glass blocks and 4405 blocks of whatever I am going to build it with. Here is the plan I have for the roof now. Once I am able to get the outside done then I have to worry about getting the inside to look ok.

January 12, 2012 at 7:21 am #7518The wool would probably be easier to gather than the brick. My only issue with that might be the hue of the red color of the wool as opposed to how the brick looks. If anything I could always default to sandstone. I am working on the glass and have about 1000 or so right now but it shouldn’t take too much longer to get the entire amount.
