Just be patient, the server updates usually within a hour or two.

That can happen when people connect by console, during the map change the server kicks whoever joined the map last if there’s more than 24 people connected. So fastest loading map wins.

The same thing happened to me, the worst thing is, that my ticket was actually consumed in the process. I contacted steam support and I hope they will grant me what is rightfully mine.
