Yes, .cfg’s are very handy.
To skip the rcon password command, you make yourself admin in sourcemod and just use sourcemod commands (sm_map).

One would have to edit the tf_mvm_missioncycle.res file for that. You can even set the custom missions as standard in there.

I’ve heard that maps like that are not likely to be added to the map rotation. However they might be seen in fun nights.
