Okay, my guess would be that EA overreached and may have included Nintendo games as part of the control over Origins. In other words Nintendo, not just Ubisoft, Activition and other devs, would had to adhere to Origins rules regardless if the Wii U is Nintendo’s or not. Eh. I’m not watching ads but I sometimes send people money via Paypal. Ad revenue on those short videos isn’t great, so actually giving a few cent per view from my own pocket instead of suffering through some loud, obnoxious ad is totally feasible. I can understand how people hate ads.
